Shipping within Australia

• Standard: $9.50, tracked. Free on orders over $150.
• Estimated transit with Australia Post: 3–7 business days.

Every order is dispatched from Brisbane. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

International shipping

Australia only, for now.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece for a refund, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.

Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.

Starting a return

Email hello@ajurapearls.com.au with your order number and we will guide you through it. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Faulty or damaged items are always covered under our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
