Shipping within Australia

• Standard: 3–6 business days, tracked and insured.
• Express: 1–3 business days, tracked and insured.

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Anything after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays ships the next business day.

International shipping

Australia only, for now.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece for a refund or exchange, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.

Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.

Starting a return

Email hello@ajurapearls.com.au with your order number and we will guide you through it. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
